No E Way Bill is required to be generated as the Goods covered
under this Invoice are Exempted as per Serial No. 150 to the
Annexure to Rule 138(14) of the CGST Rules 2017.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRUSTMENT
We hereby entrust to you the following goods for
Assortment/Export/Inspection/Grading Certification on approval basis
with the following conditions.
1)
The Goods remain the property of SJW Shivam Jewels Private Limited.
2)
The receiver is not entitled to sell, pledge or mortgage the said
goods, or otherwise deal with them in any manner which is prejudicial
to our rights.
3)
The goods will be returned to us forthwith on our demand.
4)
The goods issued will be held in the custody of the receiver and the
same person shall be entitled to its risk in all respects.
5)
The receiver is responsible for keeping the said goods in the same
condition.
6)
The diamonds herein on memo are exclusively of natural origin and
are untreated. Herewith is a written guarantee provided by supplier
of these diamonds.
7)
The acceptance of goods herein on memo will be as per the WFDB
guidelines.
8)
Subject to Mumbai/Surat Jurisdiction only.
